Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket, by pressing the "add to cart" button. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from GBP (pounds) to your own currency. Ludberry+Co do not have any control over any currency conversion.
We accept all major credit cards including Amex. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Returns Policy We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your Ludberry purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please return any item to us in its original condition, including all packaging, within 14 days of receipt, and we will gladly exchange or refund the cost of the goods in full.
RETURNS
We would recommend that you return unwanted items by registered post and obtain proof of postage.
If a return was originally purchased with a credit note or gift voucher, we can only offer a credit for Ludberry.
SALE RETURNS
Sale items can be returned within 14 days of receipt to obtain a refund or exchange. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service on sale items and return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. We would recommend that you return sale items by registered post and obtain proof of postage.
If you need to return any item to us, please complete the returns form on the bottom of your dispatch note and enclose it in your parcel. If you are requesting an exchange please complete the form on the reverse of your dispatch note. Securely wrap your parcel and, using the pre-paid address label for non-sale items, send it to: Ludberry+Co, Brooke House, 7 Brooke Green, Holmfield. Halifax. HX3 8ES. We want you to be entirely happy with your order, therefore any replacement items will be sent to you free of Postage & Packing charges.
